All practices under the auspices of WEVA MUST be sanctioned by the Sanction Coordinator in order to be covered by USA Volleyball's insurance.

The procedure to sanction a practice is to complete the "Application for Sanction of a USA Volleyball Practice or Try-out" and send it to the Sanction Coordinator.
