Can Canadian Juniors Register WEVA?

USA volleyball and the Canadian Federation got together for a meeting in Colorado where the issue of whether Canadian residents are able to register USA Volleyball was a main topic.

The outcome was a position from that meeting and a letter from the Canadian Federation that FIB rules state that you can only play for one governing body during the season; the Canadian federation went one step further in saying that citizens need to register and play in the country of their residence. They are not in favor of allowing Canadian citizens to register in USA. Only extreme cases will even be considered by the Canadian Federation, registered with them or not.
