To be a member of WEVA and to be eligible to participate as a player of a club in our region, an official in our region, or to attend any of our hosted events or tournaments you need to be a registered member of USA Volleyball. Registration is simple, and is handled completely on-line. Simply choose from the categories below that best describe your status with WEVA / USA Volleyball.

Once your status has been selected, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration. If you need any assistance, do not hesitate to call the WEVA Office (585-259-6557).

*Chaperones and Team Reps should register as "Supporters Affiliated With A Junior Club."

Instructions

Please note that individuals are required to do the following (click HERE for screen shots) during registration to satisfy the electronic acceptance requirements:
1. Open the link to the USAV Waiver & Release of Liability.
2. Check the box to agree to the USAV Waiver & Release of Liability.
3. Open the link to the USAV Participant Code of Conduct.
4. Check the box to agree to the USAV Participant Code of Conduct.
5. Check the box to agree to the Use Agreement.
6. Enter a driver's license or state identification number.

Additional Instructions for Juniors

For junior members, the following additional requirements (click HERE for screen shots) are in place:
1. A Parent/Guardian first name is required.
2. A Parent/Guardian last name is required.
3. A Parent/Guardian email address is required (the confirmation emails are copied to this email address).
4. Additional text is displayed that the person agreeing to the Waiver & Release of Liability has legal capacity and authority to act for and on behalf of the minor.
5. A Parent/Guardian driver's license or state identification number is required.
6. All adult members of a junior club or team must have completed a background screening check.
7. Club directors should collect all forms and fees from their members and send everything to the WEVA office as soon as possible. No one will be registered until the forms and fees are received by the office.
